I started my career as a ‘Teckie,' in lighting and crew work, joined the circus – teckie, tent manager & performer, worked in professional theatre as crew & dresser as well as performance, make-up, face painting & mask creation, done TV, visual effects in film, pyrotechnical work, circus tutor, co-set designer & construction, direction, walkabout event performance, technical theatre educator and fabricator (phew!)

Over the years in my many varied roles & jobs I have developed the reputation for dealing with the bizarre & ridiculous!! From portraying a 10ft gold spiked knight fighting a JCB dragon to constructing a giant Yorkshire pudding! People seem to think I possess the skills and indeed the insanity level required to realise such ideas!
